These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Dennis Wahle, operating as AI Video Labs (hereinafter "Service Provider"), and the respective client (hereinafter "Client").
Offers by the Service Provider are non-binding. A contract is only formed when the Service Provider has confirmed an order in writing (including email).
The exact scope of services is defined in the respective order or proposal. Subsequent changes require written agreement.
All prices are net prices plus applicable VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction unless otherwise agreed.
The Client agrees to provide all information, materials, and approvals required to fulfill the order in a timely and complete manner.
All created works (videos, designs, websites, etc.) are protected by copyright. Upon full payment, the Client receives a simple usage right for the agreed purpose. Resale or sublicensing requires the Service Provider's explicit consent.
The Service Provider is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received during the collaboration secret and not to disclose it to third parties.
German law applies. Jurisdiction is Winterberg, Germany, for business clients.
